annual LWP charity auction

Two of the most common questions coming into the LWP office are "When is the next event?" and "How can I help out?"
Our biggest and most important fundraiser of the year is the LWP auction, which is usually held in April. The auction website is at www.liveworkplay.ca/AUCTION. It's about food, fun, and lots of surprises.
We always need lots of help, especially with donations and sponsorships. One of the most important things you can do is help us get in touch with potential corporate sponsors. If you can help out as a sponsor, donor, or volunteer, contact Julie Kingstone at 613-235-9550 x 222.
One of LiveWorkPlay's most popular public events is first and foremost a great party, which also happens to raise a few hundred dollars each year. The New Year's Eve In Ottawa party has sold out seven years in a row (as of 2007) and it is never too early to buy tickets. LiveWorkPlay hosts many other events throughout the year. This includes Family Fun Night events for program participants and their family members, project launches, and other special occasions. The Engines of Success banquet is an annual event that celebrates the self-advocacy of participants and the contributions of volunteers and community supporters.
