LiveWorkPlay Team to Present at YAI in NYC!

The LiveWorkPlay staff team is proud to be traveling to New York City in May to attend and present at the annual YAI International Conference. The 2013 conference has a strong focus on person-centered planning (or person-centered thinking, as we see it!), real housing, real employment, and how to engage community volunteers in mission-oriented organizational efforts.

The conference committee agreed, offering LiveWorkPlay a primetime timeslot for the one hour presentation.

This will also serve as the annual staff retreat. There will be a plan going in, but as the team breaks out and explores different sessions throughout the conference, what they learn as they go will be worked into the agenda. Special thanks in advance to Jennifer Cunningham who will be helping LiveWorkPlay members while the team is away. Jennifer currently provides some after-hours telephone support and often helps out when staff members are ill or on holidays.
