LiveWorkPlay Open House and World Autism Awareness Day Celebration with Bayview Yards Community

On the afternoon of April 2, 2024, the LiveWorkPlay membership, staff, volunteers, and community partners came together with other members of the Bayview Yards innovation hub to share messages of welcome and gratitude. Bayview Yards became the new home for LiveWorkPlay in November of 2023 after our previous office building endured a catastrophic flood. LiveWorkPlay staff had been meeting at Bayview Yards as a training space for some time, and so when we urgently needed to establish a new office, we had a very short list of one ideal location! Fortunately, our request was welcomed with open arms. At the Open House representatives from LiveWorkPlay and Bayview Yards exchanged messages of appreciation, and then everyone became a part of the live studio audience for a broadcast of The LiveWorkPlay News! This included our proclamation of World Autism Awareness Day by David Young. You can watch a replay of the TLN broadcast below, and also enjoy some photos from the event.
