Calypso Waterpark receives LiveWorkPlay Inclusive Employer Award 2025

For our second private sector Inclusive Employer Award, I will first introduce you to Natalee Wistow, Operations Manager at Levy TD Place, one of last year’s employer award recipients. Natalee is another important member of our Employment Task Force and a fierce advocate for inclusive employment. Thank you for being here Natalee. 

Our next recipient is a company we have been working with since 2022, and with help from LiveWorkPlay, they have made multiple hires. 

Every year we are more and more impressed with their commitment to continual growth and learning. On an organizational level they have invited us to present an Inclusion Workshop with their supervisors and are continually looking at what is working and not working.  

When working directly with their employees, they excel at giving direct and individualized feedback, getting to know each employee and what they need to succeed at work, and making sure they have any needed accommodations in place.  

They are a terrific inclusive employer, it’s a fun place to work, and it’s a great place to bring your family this summer.
